A 1 is too high

A 1 is too high! DON'T buy products from them. It is a sham and scam. No address or phone number. They were very responsive to take my order and charge my card; painfully slow in shipping; and unable to get a reply and authorization (per their return policy) to return the pet bed. USELESS excuse for a company!

Damaged goods

This company is shady!!! I bought a stroller from them on Amazon and what they shipped me was used and damaged. I wrote a review twice and they had it removed. They also charge return shipping. DO NOT order from here.

Poor Design for the Heavy Industrial Stroller. My dog was in and it broke on the handle. Retuned it purchased another Stroller happen Again, same place handle. My dog was under 55 pounds. I came here again because 8 years purchased this stroller and it lasted 8 years. They Changed the design of the stroller. cheaper now. DO NOT Purchase This Stroller.

I only gave one star as I couldn't give zero stars.I purchased on of their strollers. In less than a year with not much use, the rear left tire started to malfunction.No problem I though, I'll just contact the manufacturer and get a replacement wheel.I called 33 times, busy signal every time.I submitted 3 webform requests.I sent two emails to customer service.I messaged them on Facebook.NOTHING, let me say that again, NOTHING, NADA.This company does not offer customer service and is unavailable to even warranty their products.
