I started with PayArc about a year and a half ago maybe two years, one of the worst companies i’ve ever dealt with. The first issue I had was the support team horrible. When I wanted to leave, they said I had signed a contract for three years which I made very clear in the beginning I did not want to sign a contract. But the person that signed me up basically lied so be very careful. Read the fine print read the small lettering. They are shysters. I wait for a class action suit to start because these people are terrible. I have gone to the Better Business Bureau to report them. I think they are now doing an investigation. Word to the wise do not do not deal with them.
They are Untrustworthy and Frustrating!!!I can't believe how terrible my experience with Payarc has been! They shut down my account without any warning and have been holding my money hostage for over 90 days. They said they'd have my funds released, but instead, they keep dragging their feet and making excuses. It's clear they don't care about their customers at all. Stay away from Payarc if you value your hard-earned money!
Absolutely terrible experience! Stay away from this company. As a small business owner, I work extremely hard to earn money to support my family and contribute to our community. This company approached us, claiming they had numerous clients in our area and offered to help grow our business. They promised more orders, knowing we were struggling with platforms like DoorDash and Grubhub. We agreed to partner with them only if there wasn't a long-term contract involved. They assured us they'd always be available and send us more orders, but refused to disclose the names of other businesses in the area supposedly benefiting from their service. When we decided to cancel due to no noticeable improvement, they said it was fine and would send a label for equipment return. We returned everything promptly. Months later, we were shocked to receive a bill from a collection agency for an early termination fee. We had agreed on a monthly cost and a transaction percentage, but not a three-year contract. Do they really think I would sign a three-year contract with a company I hadn't heard of before? Even with major companies like DoorDash, the experience isn't great due to the lack of drivers in our area. We definitely do not recommend them.
The Payarch merchant and easy pay are incompetent to say the least:I have had an extremely frustrating experience with Payarc. They have withheld access to our funds without providing a valid reason. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, the company has been dishonest about the merchant closure date and has failed to give a clear answer on when our funds will be released.Every time I call for an update, my call is answered only to be put on hold for over thirty minutes. This level of customer service is unacceptable and has caused significant stress and inconvenience. I strongly advise against using payarc for any financial services. Their lack of transparency and poor customer service practices have been deeply disappointing.I was connected to this company by the merchant services company easy pay and I would recommend avoiding them also if you wish to have an experience that does not include having funds held and zero customer service.
To me this company is shady. Opened account with them on 05/26/2023, thought was to complicated, closed account on 06/27/2023. On 03/04/2024 they withdrew $500 from my account. Called them was told someone would call me back, guess what they didn't. Called again the next day. Told same story, this time was sent email later that day, saying that was "early cancellation fee". Sent me copy of there rules cancel before 3 year contract up, subject to cancellation fee. If cancelled in first 45 days, no fee. My addition looked like 31 days. Brought this to their attention. They agreed, but i would have to wait till the end of the month to get my money back!!!B@##%^&*!! BEWARE!!! They waited almost a year, and was totally wrong, now i have to wait a month to get my money back!!
They are quick to onboard your company, then service vanishes. Car not present, the system rejects repeat client cards. We were told we could do international cards but call first and that Canada would not be a problem, well we can't process that Canadian card. We have multiple messages into support and to the account representative and SILENCE except one automated message saying support got an email. Still waiting.....
Pay Arc approached me with a partnership opportunity. I thought it was a decent opportunity. I decided to engage, hire a vp of partnership to make sure the agreement would be facilitated properly, sent the contract over to legal, only to be unprofessional ghosted. It’s basically fraudulent inducement of a contract. It cost me thousands of dollars, just to be led on and lied to. So beware of their practices.
