I absolutely love working with PayArc. They are extremely quick in answering all of my questions and research to make sure all of our merchant's questions are answered. Whenever I have a new merchant to place at a processor, my first thought is PayArc!
As an Independent Agent in Payments I represent four different ISO’s/Processors and I must say that the customer service and support that I get from PAYARC is outstanding. They help me deliver excellent support to my merchants on a going basis, which is crucial in this industry.
Worst company ever. Opened an account. We opened it in anticipation of opening and did a couple transactions. So in the beginning our account had minimal transactions and volume. We went live two months later and volume started. Our website accepts credit cards obviously but the website didn’t have the controls set that the merchant processor set and we had two transactions go over our transaction limit. We were awaiting our programmers to block purchases over x amount to comply but two snuck through. They rejected them cost us that money plus we delivered the goods to customer but now don’t have the money from customer. Then held deposits and shut our account down with no call or warning. Never do business with them ever. They are not proactive in working with their clients nor do they care. We tried to explain and they also wouldn’t allow us to talk to risk. What a joke. Beware.
