Great products. Poor customer service.

Updated review from previous one star regarding product saying out of stock on this site for over 3 weeks + free shipping on case orders as advertised on this site. After contacting customer 3x (no response the first 2x) regarding when product would be back in stock...boom the needles our practice needed were back in stock within seconds but no free shipping on our case order. After contacting customer service 3x again to get resolution and no answer we had to just place our order...paying shipping fee. After our one star review we were contacted and told the shipping costs would be refunded.
