Losing money of the credit card

Losing money of the credit card35$ (LKR. 6670.06) has reduced from my paypal account today (03 november 2020) with no reason and also an email of payment has n't recived to my account. I checked my paypal account activity and i could not find any email of payment. I think paypal is fake company.
