My van was left in an unsafe condition, blocking part of the road and creating a very stressful scenario. I contacted the service, and from the very first call, they were calm, professional, and reassuring. What impressed me the most was how swiftly they arrived. Despite the busy traffic, the recovery vehicle reached me in no time at all, much quicker than I anticipated. The driver was highly experienced and managed the recovery process safely and efficiently, ensuring my van was loaded securely and the area was cleared promptly. They were courteous, friendly, and provided clear explanations, which significantly eased the stress of the situation. This service is the one to call. Their rapid response, professionalism, and exceptional service truly distinguish them. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of breakdown or accident recovery services.
Initially quoted £149 but charged £170 for a jump start! They then attempted to charge me £250 because the car was in my garage, which I had mentioned during the first call. I had to push the car out myself, while the technician just stood by. He tried to charge me for labor even though I did all the work. He blocked my car in with his truck and withheld my keys, refusing to give them back so I could open the bonnet. He struggled to locate the battery, which I had to point out, and I ended up connecting the jump leads myself. The only thing he accomplished was starting his own truck. I felt threatened and unsafe after the encounter, which is why I had to threaten to call the police to get my car back. I will definitely be filing a complaint as this experience was unacceptable.
