Claimed to be a Delta representative. Never identified themselves as PCM Travels. I rebooked a cancelled flight with who I thought was Delta but apparently they intercepted the call somehow. They rebooked with Delta using my ecredits which they claimed they could not find and said we would have to pay over 600 to rebook the flight home. So Delta received nothing since the ecredits covered the flight and they scammed me for over 600. I should have known when the scammer I was talking to was named Zoltan - and get this his last name is- SMITH. Thankful that the first credit card they tried to charge alerted me to the fraud. OK so they respond to negative reviews asking for people to email which i did and no response - shocking.
This company is a complete fraud. They gave me a ticket for a flight that was over booked already and then said I would have to pay 700 bucks for a new flight bc the flight they gave me a ticket for wasn’t available anymore. My 8 year old and I waited for hours at the airport and then had to fly home another day and they nothing at all to help or assist. Complete joke!!!
Zachary was excellent in handling my need's gave me several options. Very patient and as professional as it get's. It has truly been a pleasure having him guide me flawlessly through this ordeal. I'd sure book again and definately request him as my agent and will refer many other's with similar need's for I was 100 % satisfied. On a scale of 1-10 I'd give him a 12. Thank's he supervisor ( quality) and has easily the capable to fit those shoe's. A real pleasure. Thank you.
I booked flights this morning that apparently the flights were not available any longer for the price I should have paid. So dealt with 5 different people on the phone today and finally received someone that could actually help me. Zachary was extremely kind and patient and really quick in handling the situation. He also sent me a confirmation email that nothing has been or will be charged. Thank you Zachary!! You should train the others in customer service.
