This company deserves zero stars. PCM Travels is a complete fraud. When I spoke with their agent, I was led to believe I was speaking with a representative from Booking.com. The agent even assured me that he worked for Booking.com.The first red flag was when my card kept declining due to suspected fraud. Despite that, they eventually managed to charge my account, but the flight they supposedly “booked” was never actually paid for. I even received a confirmation email, but when I attempted to check in, the airline told me that no payment had ever been made. After going back and forth with PCM Travels, I was issued only a partial refund. Since then, the same cards I used with them have been hit with hundreds of dollars in unauthorized charges. PCM Travels was the only company that had access to my information.I normally book directly through airline websites and will never make the mistake of booking by phone again. Lesson learned. Run from this company — they are a scam and will steal your card information to make unauthorized purchases. Also, the only reason I know this was PCM Travel was because that's what showed up on my account when they charged me. Prior to this, they said were with booking.com. The confirmation email that was sent by them was from "Help Desk- supportairlines.com". No where did it say PCM Travels on any email. It's as if they were hiding that they were PCM travels.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from PCM Travelers. Based on my experience, their service was extremely unprofessional. They misled us with false promises, booked poor accommodations, and provided no proper customer support when issues came up.What’s worse, their practices feel deceptive — they take your money but fail to deliver the service you paid for. In my opinion, this is a fraudulent company that exploits customers instead of helping them. Please think twice before trusting them with your travel plans.
I tried to call Delta Airlines using a number I found on Google, but my call was intercepted by a man claiming to be "Alan Chases," with Delta Airlines. That was a lie.I booked a flight to Nairobi, Kenya, and was charged $2,196.81. After realizing something felt off, with the email confirmation I had received from reservations@PCMtravels., and not the intended company-- Delta Air. I told them I wanted to cancel the flight and this where I realized I had been scammed. during the first phone call, I was told, I could not cancel the reservation. I hung up and call back a second time and again, I was told I could not cancel the reservation. This was all within a two-hour timeframe; I hung up and called a third time and this time I was told I could can the flight and I would be refunded $1,436.61 however, the amount of $760.20 —was a non-refundable “agent fee.” All of this happened within 2 hours of booking. This is a scam company posing as airlines. They send fake confirmations and use emails and numbers like:Reservations@pcmtravels845-652-55211-800-433-7800⚠️BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY ✔️ Always double-check the number on the airline’s official website, not just Google.✔️ Don’t fall for spoofed numbers or fake confirmation emails.I’ve reported this to my bank and I’m sharing this to warn others. Don’t let them steal from you.
This company should not be trusted they promised me to fixed the discrepancy of my son name and they charge me $1286.00 doing nothing. The person I'm talking said it will be refundable but when i saw the receipt stating NOT REFUNDABLE and I CAN'T DISPUTE I fight for this case but they're really good in fooling keep saying change my flight fixed the name of my son paid for our luggage and paid for selection of seats. We have all the receipts documents from my actual travel agent that they're the one who fixed the discrepancy of my son's name. It's good lesson need to be aware to talking in this kind of business THEY'RE GOOD IN LYING
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I got my first ticket but they never gave me my return. When I called the airline directly they gave me the email address that the company used and it wasn't even close. My email is Yahoo. The email they gave the airline is Gmail. Isthat where they sent my tickets??? Rest assured I am going to contact my bank and submit fraud. I am contacting my attorney general. Scammers!!
I was bilked out of $759 by this company but I was eventually able to recover $450.00.This is a company that offers travel services but they will cheat you by charging exorbitant fees. They have many names and advertise online.I thought that I had accessed American Airlines but was instead talking to someone at PCM Travels. Be extremely careful when googling an airline or hotel, etc. I have been told that it is best to go through apps or call the number on the back of your card.Citi ruled against me because I had accepted services through PCM Travels but PCM Travels had already sent me back $450.00 thus I lost over $300 and I have had to eat the loss.I was lucky. Other travelers have lost much more and had worse experiences than me. Read some of the reports.Apparently this is a growing problem with fraudsters pretending to be customer service for legitimate companies. I do not remember the exact date of my experience because it went on for days and weeks. There were days when I was on the phone for about 8 hours trying to understand what happened and resolve my problem.
