Received a telephone call next day after my review regarding my concern

I received a telephone call regarding my concern and was impressed with how they wanted to rectify the situation plus totally understanding regarding how a contact number should be provided on the email and how they should say who is calling before demanding that you are Mr Mrs or Miss etc . So I have updated my review and rating to 4 stars and will be using them.

Member of staff did not listen

Member of staff did not listen, just continued with whatever script is given, I try to explain, I am unable to recall the name of the finance company, however I knew I had finance for another matter. The next thing you are pursuing a company that has no relevance to my Car finance.
