SCAM ARTISTS!

I authorized a single charge of $0.99 for a one-time access of five days. Imagine my surprise when about a week later I received an unauthorized charge of $39.99 for a recurring subscription!SCAM ARTISTS!

No Refund Issued

I needed to convert PNG image to JPG image and bought, so I thought, a limited use plan for $ 1.99. However, I was charged $ 39.99. I immediately sent an email to customer service (12/22/25) and was told that a refund would be issued between 5 and 7 working days. Today, 01/13/26, I am still waiting for my refund. This company engages in fraud. Do not use.
