The only reason I didn't give the overall service 5 stars is that I believe a faulty item should be refunded without hesitation within the initial months. This is a policy issue, not a reflection of Max, who was incredibly responsive and supportive. I would happily give Max 6 stars!
I used to really love this brand – it was my go-to for jewelry – but my latest experience has left me quite let down. I received a lovely ring as a gift, but it broke after just two months. When my partner reached out for a warranty claim, the response was that they couldn’t confirm if it was a manufacturing issue. This response is utterly unacceptable. I wore the ring only on special occasions and took great care of it. I truly don’t understand how it could have been deemed ‘misused’. Sadly, this experience has altered my perception of the brand, and I no longer feel confident in making future purchases.
