After searching for a sauna for over a year, I finally decided on Peak. I’ll admit I was a little nervous since it’s a brand-new model, but I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The quality you get for the price is unbeatable, and the extra-large medical grade feature is absolutely amazing. From start to finish, the customer service has been a true 10/10—responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. As a bonus, they even included an essential oils diffuser, which was such a thoughtful touch and really elevated the whole experience.
I don’t usually write reviews but I had to for this one. The Everest is on another level. I thought about saving a little and going with a FAR only model but honestly- why? The full spectrum plus the red light therapy panel is a game changer and being able to control it from my phone is just the cherry on top. Worth every penny. And the team? They’re rockstars. They actually care which is rare these days. If you’re on the fence- don’t stop. Ask more questions, I know they would be happy to answer like all 30 of mine! Go Peak and thank yourself later!
First, let me say that the quality of the sauna is unsurpassed; we are absolutely thrilled. That said, there were a couple of rocky points (aged instructions that were not helpful and minor production damage) which Rebecca handled incredibly well. Overall an amazing experience with an amazing team resulting in an amazing product. Thank you guys (especially Rebecca)!
