When i was doing my stupid activelearn in spanish i write a answer carne and it says its the feminine way of saying it but there is no other way of saying meat and i wrote los caramelos and it said 'The answer is los caramelos the exact same thing i wrote and the way this company can improve is that it can't.

what else do I have to say. as a student, our school only uses it for textbooks and the questions that they used to set are so horrible that it was replaced with EDUCAKE 🥀 (this is not a joke). still 5 stars as it functions compared to my computer science projects.
I can't log in to the hub. The helpdesk can't help. The platform was buggy and slow when I could log in. It's such a pity that good content can be ruined by poor IT. I suppose they are keen to protect their copyright, but it's simply unusable and a terrible waste of money.
I found difficult to set classes and enter the data; the drop down menu it's confusing, if you enter the wrong role : teacher, learners administrator the rest of the sata is wrong, it's very easy to make a mistake but then it's very complicated to put it right.
