In brief: I attempted to report a fraudulent site that steals private information and unlawfully withdraws funds from accounts. My report was entirely disregarded, not even appearing anywhere or affecting their rating at all. They seem to depend solely on automated processes to assess potential scams, resulting in the fraud receiving a yellow rating, simply because it involves cryptocurrency.
In short, I attempted to report a fraudulent site that steals private information and illegally withdraws funds. My report was completely ignored; it wasn't posted anywhere, nor did it affect their rating. They seem to rely solely on auto-generated assessments to determine if something is a scam, which led to the fraud receiving a yellow rating, simply because it involves cryptocurrency.
This platform is the worst source of advice available. Their recommendations are incorrect and misleading. They seem intent on damaging the reputation of legitimate companies with their false claims. I've used every site they have criticized and found them to be successful. This platform is simply harmful to great businesses. I wish it could be taken offline entirely, as it truly misrepresents many.
Reviews are no longer visible, and I've been using a new site that has no reviews anywhere except on this platform, despite having been operational for 8 months. I've made significant earnings without withdrawing, and customer support has remained responsive. Yet, there's no information available elsewhere. It seems like this site has been compromised by scammers.
Despite reaching out 10 to 15 times, we received no response, even after numerous emails. Finally, they requested our legal certificate and the ID of our company director. We submitted the required documents for website verification. After this, they emailed us stating, “Thank you for providing the documentation. Your company has been marked as verified. Please note that the verification badge may take up to 24 to 48 hours to appear.” Now, three months later, our website remains unverified and flagged as a scam. We've emailed them again with all requested documents, yet there's still been no response, severely impacting our sales.
If I could give a middle finger instead of one star, I would. This platform does not deserve any rating. I've witnessed how they ruin the reputations of websites. The criteria they use, such as hidden domain data, are flawed; every new domain has hidden data upon purchase. Their own average rating is 3.1, yet they maintain a score of 100—it's absurd.
