We recently sold our Crystal Palace flat using Pedder (CP branch). Our initial contact was with Bill Russel (MD of Pedder), who I knew from before as he'd handled the sale of my sister's flat several years ago. Bill was very honest in his valuation, and generous with his advice when we weren't yet ready to sell. Natasha then handled the sale itself. She was a pleasure to deal with, patient and professional, and proactive when necessary. There were inevitably some stressful moments during the process, but none were due to Pedder and Natasha was great to deal with throughout. I'd have no hesitation about recommending Natasha, Bill and Pedder, and we're very glad we decided to use a local independent company.
