We recently sold our 2 bedroom flat in Forest Hill with Pedder, We couldn’t have asked for more from the team at this office. They understand the local market and their pricing and marketing were accurate and secured us a buyer very quickly. Unfortunately this sale was unsuccessful, however they remarketed for us swiftly and within days we had an offer which has now successfully exchanged. The whole team at Forest Hill have been professional throughout and we have mostly worked with Ben & Dan. The flat was previously rented and the team went the extra mile for us - keeping an eye on it while it has been empty. They stepped in when necessary to help keep all sides updated and the process moving. I agree with other reviewers that we appreciate your efficiently and friendly matter throughout.
