Real deadbeat company,placed an order from abroad, got rejected becuse i have to be in the country my debitcard and my bank Is from, even if you identify youre self via bankid and pins they dont accept foreign costumers that travel to other countrys,and placed order to youre home adress, in there eyes its a fraud atempt, but the accept youre payment and will keep it for xx daysSo avoid this company As i say a real deadbeat company
*AVOID AVOID*Ordered a Derby Seat cover, £82, as a Christmas present for my son. It came with bad creases and a hole in from where it had been folded. Customer support sent me a returns label but when I returned it they said it was not the one they sold. I sent photos of the same cover still on their website, plus receipt with photos, plus photos I’d kept of the one I sent back. Still they denied supplying it and refused a replacement or refund. Now they have gone silent. Nothing more than crooks and I have read many similar reports about this dishonest company.
Very poor support team and handeling of the productI ordered a cylinder kit from this company and the cylinder arrived broken, but without the broken piece.Me being an amature in mopeds didn't even notice the broken cylinder until I tried assembeling it.After that I tried to get a refund, but obviously it was already too late and a mistake from my part to not report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.The worst part of the experience would be the costumer support, because it's unbearably slow and they can even leave you ignored.Ended up buying a new cylinder kit from another site what was 20% cheaper than on this site.
Complete morons They must employ fools, as only fools could mess up a order like this.Ordered some outer control cable, SOLD by the length. I ordered 4m off one size, 8m off and other and finally 4 meters off a different size.Fools cut it all up in one meter lengths!!!!!I got 16 individual meter lengths off cable.That aside, I never ordered a 7mm but got 4 meters off it, I ordered 8 meters off one size and got only 4 meters off that.In the first email, they totally accepted fault, Then they went quite, so I got my credit card compony involved. Pedparts dummy got thrown and then they denied being in the wrong I've still got the emailsWhat utter fools, no wander there reviews are so bad
The worst, most bad mannered, rude clueless company I have ever come across.I placed my order and a completely wrong order arrived. I returned the items as requested requesting my order be shipped straight away - Oh no they wouldn't. The return had to go back before mine was sent out. Then they wouldn't send it out - like they spat their dummy out!!!! Pathetic is the only word I can use to describe Pedparts UK.If anyone wants to see the messages you would not believe their attitude. You can see by the reviews on here what clowns they are!
Had to give 1 star as u could not give 0, ordered a bypass tdi box unit, all u have to do is plug it in, it worked but stopped working after a couple of weeks, emailed them, they told me to return it but would have to pay postage, fine but they said if they find a fault that it would have been my misuse of the part and I would not get a refund.In all my 50 yrs of being a mechanic I've never heard of so much bull, NEVER BUY FROM THEM, they will gladly take your money but never take responsibility of things if they go wrong
I understand that this can be subjective. I'm just writing how I, as a customer, feel :^)I ordered what were listed as universal rear shocks for my scoot. It took me 3 weeks to get the time to install them. When I finally had the time I realised they didn't fit my scooter (the length was correct, but the connection I needed was wrong - my scooter needs a U-shape connector as opposed to this ring shape these had).I raised the point with customer service and requested a refund or exchange (suggesting that they won't lose my custom, I just want something fit for purpose)However, the response I got was literally a copy & paste of their website saying that I can only request for refunds within 2 weeks.That was it. No more communication. I just got blanked after that and no more reponses from Ricky on webchat. Will have to sell these on eBay and buy from another supplier it seems.
