Review Time
Quality of print is poor, delivery times are far too long, consumers service practically does not exist. You will never get a reply, even when your question concern basic technical issue which would help you to proceed with your order.
I have not received my book its been a month I just need some help on what happen, I also had someone else order the book and also never received there copy. I really need someone to email me or help me out as I have no answers for those who are as well ordering something I created. My card was charged for this product please send info on what happened. :(
Our book came back with font problems. We raised it with Peecho Support and they advised we should embed the fonts in the PDF. We found the MS Word Preference Setting to do this, so we should be fine in future.Peecho offered to reprint and send us the book at no charge - great customer service.Make sure you embed your fonts in the PDF. MS Office has Option Preferences to do this.
I just wanted to let you all know that my print just arrived and that I'm very impressed with the quality and resolution! It's definitely beyond my expectations and I will be printing with you all again soon! Great price and great customer service which updated me during a hold up in the printing process. I’m really disappointed :( my friends have had good experience with peecho but mine wasn’t. I emailed twice and never heard back but I see that they reply to reviews on here so I’m hoping this issue can be solved. I paid a lot to have like 20 magazines printed, I made sure to size them correctly with the measurements provided on the site. I just received my order today and they look HORRIBLE, the images aren’t stretch to fit the page, they’re placed in the middle of the page with tons of white space on each page. It looks so bad, like something I could make at home for much less money. As a broke college student this is a huge bummer for me, this is a big loss and I’m not sure what to do. I wish they would have sent me a proof or something if there was an issue with my sizing, because this looks unacceptable. I am willing to edit my review if this issue is rectified but for now I am very disappointed.EDIT: hi Peecho, I appreciate the response however I have looked through the spam inbox and regular inbox of both my email accounts and found nothing from anyone. I just sent another email to support @ peecho, it contains my phone number as well if this makes things easier. I’ve also included the images of the final result, I am really hoping we can come to some resolution here as I cannot afford to lose all this money and have customers waiting for their magazine. Please please let me know if you have seen my email, get back to me on here if there are any problems
