My order was placed on November 30th 2025, a custom coloring book meant as a Christmas gift. Decem

My order was placed on November 30th 2025, a custom coloring book meant as a Christmas gift.

December 9th I received an email saying it shipped.

December 22nd I emailed them asking where my order was, and was told I’d have to wait until January 7th for them to declare it “lost in transit.”

January 7th I emailed them again, they responded 3 days later saying it was lost and will be reprinted and reshipped.

January 27th I emailed them again, having not even received a shipping email this time. Two days later they responded saying “we’ll look into it.”

February 5th they got back to me saying they were still “looking into it.” I responded the same day asking why it was taking so long. They responded saying it needed to be an “even” 120 pages, from the original 116 pages, and asked me to revise it. I told them I’d rather not go through the process again. (It was a pain to find pictures, then convert them to coloring book style and resize them to match the rest of the pictures.) they responded the following day saying they would look into it again.

February 9th they told me it had to be 120 pages, and despite the printer already making it once and shipping it, they were rejecting to do it again. I emailed them back saying to just leave the last 4 pages blank, I didn’t care I just wanted the product I paid for.

February 10th they got back to me saying they would ask if it was “possible.”

Today (February 13th) I asked why it was taking so long to see if it was “possible” to add blank pages. I told them if I didn’t get a response within 24 hours I’d be back charging the purchase. A few hours later they responded saying the order was canceled and my money refunded.

From my experience, I’d advise against using them.

Making me very worried

Making me very worried. I had a customer contact me, saying their money was charged for a product, but they never got a confirmation email. I don’t see their name or email in my orders so I contacted Peecho support and still haven’t heard back 4 days later. I would understand a day to reply, but 4 days went zero response and multiple emails sent is really worrying and affecting how this customer sees my business. They also told me all pre—orders would process with my updated file, but when I check the details of each order, they’re processed with an old file. I contacted them about this and still haven’t heard back. I’ve contacted Peecho via email, and WISH they had a phone number to contact someone, but they don’t. If feels like they purposely don’t want to help their customers and now I’m worried for my business.

Perfect and friendly help and service of Polar Steps support team

The cover of my wonderful Travel Book I received suffered some damage during transport. I informed Polar Steps about this, and they offered to send me a new reprint of it for free. Their service is always perfect (quick and clear help for ´technical’ questions). This time also, they were very kind and helpful.

Fantastic Service Recovery

My colours in my printed travel book was not of the same quality as previous books I had received from Polarsteps. When I expressed concern about this I was very promptly offered two solution options, namely, to have the book reprinted at no cost or to have a substantial discount on my next book. I have found the Polarsteps app to be brilliant and this level of service recovery was most impressive.

Very reliable, super product and help.

I ordered a TravelBook of Polarsteps. A very big one with more than 200 pictures! The book was superb. But there was one mistake in the production flaw. When I told them this mistake I got a real nice offer and could choose one of two options: a voucher or a reprint. I chose a reprint of my book. I’m very satisfied about this solution.

Kalliope Amorphous
Dishonest, Unreliable, and Completely Unprofessional

This company ruined part of my product launch by printing my catalog incorrectly. The layout was not what I submitted. They initially admitted the mistake and said they’d fix it. Two days later, they reversed their story, denied any responsibility, and blamed me—despite clear evidence that the error was on their end.Now they’ve gone silent and are ignoring follow-up emails. This is not just poor service, it’s outright negligence. They do not stand behind their work, and they do not honor their word. Avoid them at all costs if your project actually matters.

ITS BEEN A OVER MONTH AND MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED

I ordered my product on the 4th of July and i don't have it yet. I have people wanting to place orders but before I can do that I have to see what the print quality is like first before allowing them to do so. I like the POD set up but if I have people wanting to place orders and they have to wait until the end of time then that would makes me look bad. I contact customer support but no response. If it takes 1 or 2 months to produce a product it would be better to mention it on the website but them giving like a 2 week timeframe is what I was expecting. communication needs to be better.

Order never produced. Poor management, poor communication

It's a shame, because I already used Peecho in the past, with good results. Not this time, unfortunately. Order sent and paid more than 1 month ago. I asked several time about the status of the delivery. Nothing arrived, despite written sporadic reassurances. Poor management, poor communication, poor everything. I am trying to have my money back now.
