I can't recommend this company highly enough, the whole process went faultlessly. I am too busy to go and find a glasses repair shop, go in, do the deed, come back and pick them up etc etc.With RM offering print-at-home labels, this adds another level of convenience. This company is not super cheap, but I would rather pay that little bit extra for good service, and that's exactly what I received. All in all, I would definitely use them again.
I sent off some glasses which belonged to my late grandma, they were in pretty bad shape and had a few broken parts but they were restored to how they originally looked! The team were great at updating me on the progress and the brand new arms made for the sides are amazing and match the glasses perfectly.

Great find, designer frames at (in my case) about a third of the original price, absolutely mint condition, kept them after the try on or return service they offer. Then sent to them to get reglazed, pretty quick, and far cheaper than all the high st opticians. Very happy!!

HelloI just wanted to say thank you for my new lens fitting and the screw threads you fixed in my glasses for me.They are perfect and I am really pleased that I can wear them again at such a low cost. They were supposed to be my spare pair of glasses but I am wearing them constantly again thanks to your repair!Once again, it has been a pleasure dealing with yourselves and with your prompt and efficient service which is a rare thing these days.Thank you so much

Chris and Jo were very responsive and helpful when I sought advice about my broken hinge glasses. The service was very quick (it was done and delivered within a week) and was affordable, too.100% recommended if you're not ready to let go your favourite (broken) glasses.
