I ordered three framed artworks. Unfortunately, the glass broke during delivery. The replacement was prompt, and communication was easy, quick, and very thoughtful. I received my replacement along with a lovely handwritten apology note, which added a personal touch to the entire shopping experience. I greatly appreciated the outstanding customer support. This organization did an incredible job. The print I ordered is stunning. As an artist myself, this is the quality I aspire to achieve in a print. I got a large print of a piece that is quite hard to find for my spouse and was thrilled when they could provide it. They packaged it excellently, but unfortunately, it got a bit mishandled during transit. The box was slightly damaged, and there were a few creases in the print. If it were for me, I would have just ironed them out, but I sent a few pictures to the customer support team and asked if they could assist. I received a prompt response informing me that a replacement was on the way! I was so pleased with how they addressed my request and will certainly use this organization for any art prints in the future. They even translated all our correspondence into English for me. Truly happy to do business with a place like this.
