⚠️ Buyer Warning – My Experience with Pelvini
I placed an order with Pelvini on February 16 and paid extra for what they called “fast shipping.” More than 19 days later, the tracking shows the package is still in China and hasn’t even left the country.
So I paid additional money for fast shipping, yet after over two weeks the order hasn’t even started international transit. That’s not fast shipping that’s misleading customers.
When I contacted their support, they simply told me they cannot refund because the order is already “in transit,” even though it hasn’t actually left China.
Charging customers extra for fast shipping while the package sits in the origin country for weeks is unacceptable.
I’m sharing this so other buyers can be aware before ordering.

The delivery processing time is taking far too long! I've reviewed all the comments on the official website, but they seem misleading. Many people are expressing similar frustrations. I will never shop with this brand again. I also strongly encourage others to report their accounts on social media as a scam. Hopefully, these accounts will be banned so they can learn from this and lose any future trust.

I would give zero stars if I could - it's been two weeks since I ordered, and there are still no watches. Tracking indicates they have only just been dispatched… from China. I've contacted customer service for a refund since they were meant as Christmas gifts, but the responses do not address my refund inquiry, so I've initiated a dispute with my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - it's a complete scam.

Emails indicate shipping takes 20 days, which isn't mentioned for the UK. It's now been eight days, and my order hasn't even been handed to a courier. I've initiated a refund through my bank, as it's like speaking to a wall.
Their shipping policy claims 7-18 days for Canada, stating it would ship from their nearest warehouse in the USA. However, after 21 days, I'm still waiting. The tracking shows the watch was shipped from China, which is not mentioned as a warehouse location on their website.
