It's now a week since pay day and my employer still hasn't received the correct figures.She does not want to use my view she would just like a simple email with the figures for her P A's followed by payslips at a later date if necessary just as long as it's before next months pay day!!My employer is meeting her social worker next week to discuss moving to a different company.I tried to contact you by phone but I didn't even have the option to leave a message this time...terrible.
Absolute joke of a company! I am 9 months pregnant, due any day on maternity leave and they have failed to pay me. I have called, left voicemails, emailed with no response! I managed to actually speak to a human on the phone who reassured me they would take it to management and call me right back. They never did. SHOCK! I have since been ignored further and as days drag on I’m now in a terrible financial situation due to bills being missed and late payments being added. I already have small dependants at home and can’t support my family due to the lack of payment from them which is not ideal when you are about to welcome another child in to the world at any moment. Absolutely disgusting behaviour! This company needs to be shut down!
As a Care provider these services are shocking and would advise all clints to stay will away. i have had to pull care due to none payments, they then ring clients and say we are invoicing incorrectly but cant pick a phone up to tell the care provider what they want or even find a happy medium. Then you put in a complaint and the people you put it in about then end up emailing with a response, very professional not. This has been ongoing since February 2025.
Absolutely appalling organisation. One of the main reasons for their existence is to make the lives of disabled people and their carers a little easier. Not sure how this can be so when they are virtually impossible to contact and if you do ever manage to get through to them you wish you hadn’t in a very short space of time. Rude staff who have a complete lack of empathy and doubtful capability with an online payroll system that’s the most useless thing I have ever encountered. (Several years in use now and the known glitch when used on iPads is still not resolved.) Also, who on earth made the decision to start to enforce use of My-View for submission of timesheets on the only payroll of the year where multiple pay rates are required after only a week or two’s notice to users and online issue of instructions for the system that have been translated from Swahili by a chimpanzee.
Would give negative stars if I could. I am supporting someone who employs Penderels Trust as the payroll manager. A particular matter with HMRC has dragged on for several years, partly because of Penderels communication failures. Complaints to Penderels have been apparently "thoroughly" investigated, but they have kept missing the emails/calls they didn't respond to. The CEO claims to have investigated the matter by consulting correspondence over the PAST TWO MONTHS claiming they don't retain correspondence beyond 2 years. Somehow, though, other staff managed to put together a timeline of correspondence dating back to 2018. These "investigations" are clear cover-ups. The communication is appalling (no one answers phone calls or emails, payslips are shockingly late and at times even missed unless you are on the case, some staff are very rude, lots of mistakes,...), which is shocking since they deal with vulnerable people. Even the CEO is only interested in covering up Penderels failures. I am utterly shocked and disappointed by the CEO's response. He has not bothered to do anything. Would not touch them. Be very careful. The other reviews say it all.Update (07 April): Contrary to the response, the CEO is refusing the matter further unless THE CLIENTS send him emails his staff sent/didn't respond to. He should have these as many of them formed the basis of a timeline his staff made. He is also refusing to send the policy which confirms how long Penderels Trust holds information for (it is not on the website when it should be) as required by Data Protection regulations. Update (8 April): Privacy policies cannot be found when using Google Chrome. Was finally able to open when using Microsoft Edge. This should be made clear on the webpage. The policy only says that Penderels will keep data for as long as the law requires. What is this? CEO and a senior manager have told us different things.Update (9 April): Thank you for informing me that it works on Google Chrome. I've just tried it again from my phone. No download button visible. Please let me know where I can send the screenshot.
I'm a PA. I have to invoice Penderels for my mileage as it's been agreed the person I'm PA to will reimburse me at 45p/mile. I'm self employed and have been for 3.1/2 years - nothing has changed other than Penderels paying (or not as the case is). Well thankfully my wages aren't paid by Penderels as I never know when I will receive my money. In the past they've always paid within 14 days, now I'm being told it's 28 days...I invoice every 4 weeks meaning I am paying out for 8 weeks before being paid for 4 weeks! I'm NOT a charity. This will impact on the gentleman I support because I cannot outlay 8 weeks mileage costs. Why should I? Low paid job and companies taking the mickey out of paying low paid, hard working people. Gentleman I support has no-one else - he relies on me and non-payment is seriously impacting me wanting to continue. Low pay when paid, no holidays as I can't employ anyone to cover, hassle, no regular hours as I'm constantly being contacted about work - I literally run 2 houses. Penderels attitude to this is a complete, uncaring, joke.
Sheriff of Nottingham stealing from the poor and vulnerable.Unfortunately this company is one of the most incompetent companies I have ever dealt with do not give this company any information or any power over you and definitely don't trust them to deal with your money or your relatives money, they are terrible they just tell lies to you and treat you like a fool. I am my brothers Lasting Power of Attorney I have an active LPA they don't respect it at all, most of the staff members don't even know what one is they will not relinquish the appointeeship but they lie saying they will then ignore your calls and Email I have never known a company so difficult to deal with. All they have to do is write a letter to the DWP to relinquish the appointeeship so I can take it over the DWP are waiting for a letter but they just will not do it. Pendlestrust want to keep hold of money as long as possible. Pendlestrust wanted my private information from me, I never signed up to give my private information away they want my bills my brother lives with me. it's to do with my brother not me I am a free person but they seem to treat people like they have no rights or powerI feel sorry for the people that this company has gotten hold of their money because there's not much chance to get it back unless they get a solicitor. Don't believe anything these people say their full of lies get yourself a nice solicitor and get your money out of these people's hands.I almost ended up homeless because the rent was not being paid, and the bills are still not being paid because I refuse to give my information to these people. Stand your ground get a solicitor. They refused to buy my brother a coat at the start of winter until they found out he had me in his corner and I had an LPA on his health and finances. If I could give a zero star review I would if you can stay away from this company then run to the hills and run for your life. Pendlestrust say they will make the disabled persons life easier and safer they just make life more difficult and are causing stress to everyone don't let them rob you of your freedom and rights. Get a solicitor ASAP.
Absolutely disgusting service....Do not touch these people with a bargepole! Shame on you.......this company is suppose to care and support the vulnerable in need....all they do is support themselves.....I'm sure we will be seeing penderels on TV soon as lifeways trust are at the moment and that would be a good job show you up for what you are!!
