The sizing is a joke!!Shirts and shorts for a 9 and 12 year old only, nothing in between! Huge size difference going just one size up - too small, then far too big!!Delivery info on website 1 week max, it took 2 weeks! Despite this and other similar reviews, 2 months later nothing has changed. If you need football kits for a 10 or 11 year old DO NOT purchase from this company. Even though they make it appear they do, they DO NOT stock this size.Your sizing is unique - both your suggested ages of 8-10 and 11-13 WILL NOT fit a 10-11 year old. Be open and honest by editing the suggested ages as 8-9 and 12-13, and admitting you DO NOT stock 10-11. This will save potential 10 and 11 year old customers a lot of hassle and wasted money.
The tops we ordered are good quality and stylish and we are very happy with them. They were also priced competitively and arrived promptly in line with expectations. So all round a good experience. The only downside is it took a while to ensure they had the right club badge. For some reason they had our Junior section badge, which had resulted in senior players purchasing kit from the club shop with the wrong badge.
The website did not work properly when you tried to order. I then had to wait numerous days for someone to reply to simple emails with queries. The kit quality is good but the service isn’t. I’m still waiting for a reply to an email I sent two weeks ago because they sent the goalkeeper shirt without the sponsor on!
