I would rate this experience as zero stars if possible. I am very dissatisfied with my order and the overall process. I purchased an advent calendar expecting it to be themed around the intended team, but when it arrived, the contents were from a completely different team, despite the packaging clearly indicating the correct one. Additionally, another calendar I received has eight out of fifteen days without any items. I am attempting to secure a refund, but I am not optimistic about the outcome. I strongly advise against spending money on this.
This isn't quite the toothpaste that was promoted. It feels like a knock-off, and there are even some typos on the back of the tube. It's an easy fix, but still, it's just okay. I would rate their version of the product at 3 stars, and that's being a bit generous.
Complete disappointment with the service. I ordered a sleep aid over six weeks ago, and it was supposed to arrive by last week. Checking the tracking, I see it’s stuck in another city for the last three days. I attempted to contact the support team for updates but received no response. This is unacceptable. I will not be using this service again. To the support team: I received an email stating you couldn't find my package. After entering my email, I was logged out, so here’s my reference number. I assure you I am a genuine customer and extremely dissatisfied. I hope you can locate my order now.

The service is fantastic, but I recommend a 24-hour grace period before finalizing purchases. I faced an issue, and while the support team addressed most of it, having a grace period would be beneficial for customers. If someone changes their mind after ordering, they should be able to request a refund easily without needing to reach out to the seller. A grace period of 24 hours or even six to seven hours would be ideal. I tried to cancel my order right after purchasing, but the seller still processed the payment. A grace period would help buyers who reconsider their choices. Thank you for your help and for providing great service.
