I don't understand the negative comments about it being a scam or a bad company. Some seem to expect top-notch products for the lowest prices delivered instantly. I'm sharing this review because I run a business, and unfair reviews can damage a reputation over trivial matters. You've received a reasonably priced product; it's not a scam if you get what you ordered. If customer support isn't up to par, that's one thing, but trying to tarnish a company's name just because of delayed responses is unreasonable. If you're in the market for a reliable product, this one is worth considering, so ignore the negative feedback.
