"I have had a terrible experience with Clarity Traders. They closed my funded account twice! The first time was due to a technical error on their own platform that caused an unfair drawdown. But the second time was even worse: I purchased a new account, and they closed it immediately before I even placed a single trade!
Now, when I try to log in, it says 'Account does not exist.' This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. I have all the evidence, screenshots, and logs to prove that I didn't even start trading on the second account. Their support is unhelpful and they are just taking people's money. Stay away from this company if you value your capital!"

Once my payout was approved, it was quick and seamless, arriving in my crypto account within minutes. I’m sharing my experience regarding rule changes and trading conditions. I purchased an Accelerated account in June 2025, and at that time, this account type did not have a consistency rule, which was a key reason for my decision to trade this account. Support informed me that a consistency rule was introduced in October 2025, but this change was not clearly communicated, leaving me to trade in good faith while adhering to visible risk parameters. It took considerable time to pass the account due to my slow and conservative trading approach, and during this time, the firm changed servers multiple times, causing trading interruptions and delays in updates. In January 2026, when I requested my first payout, I learned that my account did not meet the new consistency rule, which was the first instance it affected me directly. Furthermore, the platform has a minimum lot size of 0.1 across all instruments, with no option to trade smaller sizes like 0.01. This rule is particularly limiting for instruments such as NASDAQ and US30, where a 0.1 lot size poses significant exposure for a $5,000 Accelerated account, hindering proper scaling and risk management. My feedback focuses on the necessity for clear communication, transparency, and practical trading conditions, particularly when rules are introduced post-purchase and under previously different assumptions. While the platform functions well, enhancing communication regarding rule changes, server transitions, and position-sizing limitations would greatly foster trader trust and improve the overall experience.
I encountered a problem when I purchased an account, as I didn't receive the email with my login details. I reached out to the support team, and the representative was incredibly helpful. She responded promptly and sorted everything out. Thanks to her, I now have my login information. The support was excellent. Thank you once again.
I've been using this platform for around six months, and my experience has been fantastic. The pricing and trading conditions are fair, and the standout feature is their exceptional customer service. They respond promptly to any inquiries and make every effort to address concerns.
Where do I begin? My experience has been quite disappointing. The initial payout was smooth and quick ✅ However, things quickly deteriorated. I encountered an issue with a funded account, leading to my account being rendered invalid. I had $1173, but my dashboard was stuck at $1100. After a month of waiting for new credentials due to server issues, I received my balance back, but it was only $1100. My best trading day showed a profit of $1100, but in reality, it was only $223.55. Currently, my account reflects $1601, but with only $50 in equity from a trade that was cut short due to an early market closure. On the new account, which I've been using since the servers went down, I had an open trade on Friday evening around 7:45 PM UK time. It reached my full take profit, but the service closed the market early at 8:00, meaning I missed out on the full profit. Now, they have deactivated my account and issued new credentials that are not functional, just as that trade was set to yield full profit upon market reopening. Why do I keep facing issues with this service? I've been informed that my consistency is below 15%, which prevents me from withdrawing, yet $1600 x 15% equals $240, so I should qualify ✅. I awarded 2 stars because I did receive a payout, and I believe they process withdrawals in a timely manner despite the poor management. The support team is commendable—very responsive and genuinely trying to assist. However, the internal management needs significant improvement! My time and energy are valuable, and I have invested substantial money into the funded account. I urge you to reevaluate your processes to prevent others from facing similar issues. Addressing these concerns will enhance your reputation as a prop firm and attract new clients. I will provide another review once the service shows improvement.
I attempted to execute a trade and it did nothing so I did an internal transfer. However, I do not see my deposit in my wallet although, it says it was successful. Pay out is substantially long I’m still waiting to be approved on my payout and it’s been about 2 1/2 weeks even though in their terms and conditions they say “All profit-sharing payments will be paid weekly each Friday End of Day if the profit exceeds $100”
I requested a payout on Oct 25th, and its now Nov 2nd and the payout is still "pending approval"... Mind you, my account is in good standing and all trading rules were met. After approval it will still take a few business days for the money to even hit my account so the timeframes for them reviewing payouts is outrageous. At this rate I will only be getting a payout once a month. I'm a new customer so this is a horrible first experience for me.*UPDATE, ITS NOW NOV 6TH AND STILL NO APPROVAL ON MY PAYOUT!!*
