Paid for a well in February 2023 to be built for my late father in law. It is now July 2025, and it is almost a year and a half late! I have called in excess of 40 times to be told that someone will call back and no one ever does. There is no phone number for management or complaints, only phone number is for donations! Whenever you speak to someone, they say they'll mark it as urgent and management will call back. After reading all these other reviews it really does make you think whether they're really scamming people.Shame how the company is behaving as of late, I have used them previously to make wells for family members and they were all good. Not sure what has happened to them recently but it is not good. Can't get anyone to call back or respond to an email.I did email, in April, and received an email back on 2nd May (Case 00019256 Acknowledgement) to say someone will respond within 20 days... been a couple months now.
