The ordering process was easy and the service brilliant. Everyone loves these new fidget spinner pens. Unfortunately not all of them spin very well which is a bit disappointing.
I have used pens.com for years and now will never use them again. Buyer beware you will receive a $50 tariff fee, a set up fee each time you order regardless if you are a returning customer, plus other
various junk fees. My most recent order I was expecting it to be $300 and it turned into over $500. Plus the quality of the products have gone down hill. Stay away from this company.
I ordered pens from this company twice. The first time was OK. The second time, I noticed there was a tariff charge of 64.50 and was never mentioned to me, either in writing, email or verbal. Then they charged an additional setup charge, which shouldn't have happened since they already have the wording and print to put on the pens. Once you order from them, they will blow up your phone and email wanting you to CONSTANTLY order daily from them. They don't listen and they are thieves.
I can't believe how the cost per unit skyrocketed from what was initially advertised. They mentioned something around 60 cents per unit, but in reality, it ended up being about 1.60 per unit. This feels very misleading, especially after I tried negotiating about the original price. More importantly, the pens themselves are completely useless. They skip while writing and then suddenly release too much ink, making it impossible to use them properly. I thought it might just be a few defective ones, but out of the 50 pens, nearly all of them failed to work correctly. It's baffling how such a simple product could be so poorly made. Even with my logo on them, I had to throw them all away. To top it off, they leak everywhere. It's just a pen, after all! I wish I could share pictures to show the terrible quality. If even 20% had worked, I would have sent them to clients, but as it stands, I can't recommend these at all.
I really like the pens, and they arrived quickly. However, the name and phone number are printed so small that it's hard to read. Other than that, they are fantastic! Next time I order, I would prefer the text to be larger. Thank you!
