Perfect Glazing were amazing, I had a window taken out and French doors fitted. They did the cut down of the brick and were extremely tidy. The French doors look amazing. I would highly recommend Perfect Glazing their product and prices are fantastic. From start when Colin came and advised what was best, to their Surveyor and the fitting team. If you require Windows or Doors don't go anywhere else! if I could give 10 stars I would!
We have had an excellent experience with Perfect Glazing. We were looking for windows quickly and they were the first company to respond and turn up at the house. The windows were fitted last week and we are delighted with them. The whole process from sales to measurement to installation was incredibly smooth.
We have had nothing but issues with a door fitted by this company. It has been letting water in and last time I checked a front door shouldn't do that. The door doesn't sit right in the frame. The previous one didn't have this issue. We eventually had to get the Ombudsman involved. When getting quotes for repairs for the Ombudsman, a lot of companies refused to provide a quote because of the standard of workmanship. The one company that did quote for it refused to guarantee the repair for the same reason already mentioned.We are now being issued with a refund by the Bank so we can get a new door. We can only hope that they continue their case against you.We would recommend any other company is used.
