Incorrect address issue

The service sent my order to my old address, despite having screenshots of my new address from the time of purchase. They insisted it was my mistake. I contacted my old address, and the order wasn't delivered there either. They have refused to issue a refund. I will never use this service again and will escalate the issue out of principle.

Lost package resolved efficiently

My package was lost by the delivery service. When I informed the support team about this issue, a representative went above and beyond to track it down. The delivery service couldn't provide any information, but the representative took responsibility and sent me a new package, even though the fault was entirely with the delivery service.

Received an empty box!

After waiting over a week, I received my order, but it was just an empty box! I was offered a voucher or the option to reorder, but I insisted on a full refund or a replacement. Initially, I was told I'd get a refund, but now they're saying I won't! I paid insurance on the parcel and provided proof of the empty box. I'm still trying to get my money back. Who would spend €81.75 on an empty box? This service is unprofessional and untrustworthy! I want my money back!
