Lip stain has promise but won't repurchase

The lip stain shows potential but I wouldn't buy it again. The color is nice initially, but fades quickly. It's very drying, so a lip balm is necessary. The packaging has been disappointing; I've had issues with leakage before, and now the tip is always saturated, leading to waste.
