Awful! They are refusing to let me refill 2 of my cf nebulized rx!
Back in August, they shipped a rx that I said I cannot afford without funding help. Now, they have taken me to collections and refuse to refill my other prescriptions! I have begged them to review the "recorded" calls to prove it is the fault of their representatives not mine. In the meantime, I am missing 3 prescriptions from my daily treatment!
I do not use the pharmacy tho I do purchase regular items. James an employee-the new manager Jade are the epitome of customer service relations. They are so helpful-drop everything to help anyone. 100% satisfaction😄😃😀😊
I have been getting my meds for 7 months, it's only come 1 time without issue. They lose the prescription. They don't call for the mandatory questions and today, they shipped me an empty pill bottle. Adding to the issue that they need a new prescription b/c they filled the last one. The one with nothing in the bottle that you shipped late b/c no one called me for the questions? Now I don't have my meds that I'm supposed to start tonight. They said it could be a few days and I may have to go back to my dr b/c the authorization is only good for 7 days, expiring today.
REFUSES TO STOP CALLING REPEATEDLY ASKING IF I WILL FILL RX WITH THEM!!!!!! I AM NOT GOING TO FILL WITH THEM. NOT NOW. I FILL IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. I ASKED THEM TO STOP AND THEY STILL CALL. OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I EVEN BLOCKED THEIR NUMBER AND THEY STILL CALLED. PLEASE STOP CALLING SO MUCH!!!!
My insurance requires I use CVS Specialty Pharmacy as the preferred pharmacy, otherwise I wouldn't come near it.I have been pulling my hair out for a year dealing with this company. I think their large contract with the Federal Employee Program should absolutely be reviewed. They obviously can't handle it.Other specialty pharmacies always manage to get me my prescriptions on time. CVS Specialty has NEVER been able to deliver on time. Not once. They say it takes 5 days to get pre- authorization to fill prescriptions. Other specialty pharmacies take 1-2 days. That's after refusing to fill them for days because the doctor's order isn't perfectly to their liking dotting i's and crossing t's. Other pharmacies don't have this problem so why is it a problem here? When CVS Specialty says it will ship same day, or promise to deliver tomorrow, why does it take days or weeks? Why do they promise these timelines when they can't live up to them? It's deceiving and irresponsible.I have spent HOURS on the phone trying to solve their problems so I can get my medicine. I have never had to do that anywhere else, ever. There is no accountability here. They are way too comfortable with themselves and no longer providing good service. It's time for them to get some competition and motivate them to do better otherwise they will continue to be complacent. I agree with other reviews, it's time for me to pay out of pocket and go frequent specialty pharmacies who still work for their patients' satisfaction
Harassment is all I can say. I have given up on these guys for the reasons I gave in the last review. I said I DONT want the drug anymore and they keep calling and texting me. Enough is enough. For some reason they never learned the word "NO." I've tried blocking them and they still get through. I've had enough. If they don't stop soon I'm calling the authorities.
Frustrating, trying to correct the wrong information was impossible, no matter who called this pharmacy and no matter the number of times it was and still is wrong, the patient called, the Nurse called, the Doctor called and the insurance company called and forwarded the correct documents Billing information is still wrong, it is amazing that a patient should go without their necessary specialized medicine because of incompetence due to this company, with in CVS speciality pharmacy is a division called “escalation”, there is no knowledge or concern for coverage or patient, it is not only one but multiple employees that treat patients the same way- dismissive,The claim of experience and concern is far from reality-SEEK HELP ELSEWHERE!
I have a critical medication that needs to be delivered. I ordered it 2 weeks ago with an expected delivery date of Jan 15. On Jan 15, I check the website and it says expected delivery Jan 16 - that's fine. On Jan 16, the expected delivery date, it still says that it will be delivered that day. At the end of the day, I log in and there is a delay - no reason provided. I chat with a representative who provides a valid reason that was noted on Jan 15. I just can't believe they do not pro-actively send a notice (I am opted in for notifications) when there is a problem preventing them for shipping an order or that the website does not indicate there is something missing for the order or even that there will be a delay until AFTER the expected delivery time. This is inexcusable.On top of all that, the online chat is absolutely mind-numbingly terrible. The chat will sometimes randomly disconnect for inactivity in the middle of a conversation. Not even some time of warning. Or, even worse, the website will timeout and log me out in the middle of an active conversation. And then it takes 5-10 minutes to get reconnected and another 5-10 to get the new agent up to speed.CVS specialty is awful.
