I ordered a personalised apron that arrived quickly. The material is of excellent quality, and the message sewn into it is just right. However, I noticed a small hole in the fabric. I reached out to the support team for a replacement. Initially, they offered me a discount to keep the apron, but when I explained it was a gift and I couldn't present it with a hole, they agreed to send a replacement. The new apron arrived a few days later and is flawless. I truly appreciate their considerate assistance. I highly recommend both their product and customer service.

Do not buy from this seller. I ordered an item and paid for delivery, but nothing has arrived. When I tried to contact them, I received robotic responses stating they can't issue a refund because the item isn't lost, even though it never arrived. I suspect they are scammers.
I am really disappointed with the candle I ordered. It cost nearly £16.50 with a gift box and delivery, but the candle is very small and feels cheap, something I could have found at a discount store. Even the photo they used looks like a cheap sticker. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, but I am too embarrassed to give it as it looks so low quality.
