If I could give less than one star, I would. I ordered a sweater and a cardigan, which were advertised as Cashmere. I should have known the price was too good to be true! Neither is Cashmere; they are cheap nylon. To avoid complaints or lawsuits, they cut the tags inside, so no material or care instructions are mentioned, and the color was very different from the photo. It also took a month to receive. Total scam!
Total scam as others have noted. The clothing they send does not match the images on the website. To make matters worse, they offer either a '15% refund' and let you keep the subpar item they sent or a 'full refund' but you are responsible for $40-$50 in return shipping costs. This is an absolute scam. Do not purchase from here.
Thieves, fraud. I ordered a linen shirt, but they sent polyester. When I asked for a refund, they claimed it would cost $50 to return the item. Do not buy anything from them. They may offer to 'make it right,' but they do not honor their return policy without additional costs to you, even if you contact their support team.
It's been quite a while since I ordered. Tracking information is not helpful. I have no idea where my package is, but be aware it originates from overseas. I wasn't informed of this since the website has domestic contact information. I really wish authorities would ensure these companies don't mislead customers into thinking they are domestic when they are not. Why are they not enforcing compliance?
