They pretend to be an American company but they're a Chinese company. They say their clothing will ship within 5-7 business days. I didn't get my order for 9 weeks because it came from China. No label. No wash instructions. No size. Nothing just a plain sweater and they advertised it as Cashmere but it is definitely not cashmere.

The quality is horrendous and it smells like chemicals. They also refuse to provide information on how to send an item back when you are not satisfied with it. Working though my credit card to get a simple return done is ridiculous and unscrupulous.

I purchased a "Cashmere sweater" from Peter Oliveira (Petes online) for $80.00 from what was represented as a small family business. When the sweater finally got here it had no buttonholes just buttons and is not Cashmere. I tried to return it and there is only a customer service email address, no phone number. They had me take pictures and then offered me 15% off and I could keep it. Or, I could pay $40 -$50 to send it back to China. The sweater is not Cashmere. Feels like a cheap polyester blend but there are NO LABELS there is nothing to identify the fabric content or care or the country of origin. They then changed the description of the sweater on the website and now there is no mention of the sweater being cashmere. But, I do have a screenshot of the original listing. Selling new clothing without labels is illegal in the U.S. After I told them I would leave negative reviews if they did not refund the purchase amount they offered to send me another sweater but I did not want another sweater that is not Cashmere as represented.
I reported them to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission)

Update; They responded to my first review exactly as they have all the other negative reviews on Trustpilot promising to make it right but actually offered no solution other than the ones already offered. Not a refund.

At this point I feel like it's more important to warn other would be victims of this site's deceptive business practices.

Disappointing Experience

I recently checked reviews online, which I typically do before making any purchases. I'm extremely frustrated for losing my $50. I plan to share another negative review, although I doubt it will make a difference. Companies like this undermine the trust in online shopping. It's disheartening. The sweater I received doesn't fit and looks nothing like the image. It seems there's no intention to address this issue, as I've already sent four inquiries.

My wife ordered a casual men's dress shirt size L as a Christmas gift for me on 12/6/25. The website was difficult to navigate and kept prompting her to repeat several items, leading to an unexpected duplicate order. We received tracking information for what we thought was a single item on 12/9/25, indicating it had shipped, but there was no way to track it. After numerous inquiries when it didn't arrive by Christmas, we learned it was coming from China, still with no easy tracking option. Almost 30 days later, two packages arrived from a location in PA. Inside were two identical shirts with no size labels, manufacturing details, or care instructions. Trying one on made it clear it was an XXL, not an L.
When I contacted customer service, which was not straightforward, I was instructed to send photos of the shirts, but they refused to refund the cost of the second shirt due to their ordering system. They offered to let us return one shirt at our expense to China, costing around $45-$50, while the original cost was $59. We were skeptical about tracking the return shipment to ensure it was received. The alternative was a 15% refund, minus shipping costs, back to our original payment method. We ultimately decided to keep the shirts and donated them to charity.
Overall, a very frustrating sales experience that felt typical for them – No Stars and I highly recommend avoiding this service!

Completely Disappointed!

I am extremely disappointed! I placed an order for 4 cardigans on December 14th, expecting them to ship within 2-3 business days and arrive by Christmas Eve. However, the shipping service was only notified on December 22, and the order was picked up for delivery on December 24. I received an email stating that my order had shipped the next day (December 15th), which was false. After I informed them via email on December 21 that the order was no longer needed and requested not to send it since it was a Christmas gift, their response was that it had already shipped and they couldn't do anything. This was misleading! I requested a refund, but they insisted I return the items first. Finally, on January 9, the order arrived, but the package was torn open, and the contents were completely different from what I ordered—I have photos to prove it. I refuse to pay for the return shipping. If necessary, send someone to collect the items! I'm still waiting for my refund; if I don't receive it, I will dispute the charge. I have all the email exchanges and can provide evidence of the timeline, including the shipping notifications and the package contents!

I strongly advise against buying from this seller! They lack honesty and misrepresent their location. My item arrived almost a month late, was poorly made, and excessively large! Avoid this seller! They are dishonest and misrepresent their location! My item arrived nearly a month late, was poorly made, and extremely oversized!
