This place is terrible

This place is terrible, I ordered 2 UV light bulbs replacements, and I got a UV light protective sleeve, a completely different product... I try to contact them via email 3 times to try to fix the issue and give them the chance to do the right honest thing, but it seems the emails go straight to their trash because I didn't get any answer.Right now I filed a complaint thru my bank to get my hard earned money back from this place.... My recommendation is to stay away from this place as far as you can! Don't buy a single thing here.

Ordered an Eheim 2215 filter

Ordered an Eheim 2215 filter, and it arrived with one broken clip retention tab on the canister. $150 filter that I can't use, and they do not answer emails. I've written to them three times.No reply. Heard this is where BigAls dumps their junk, so I guess that's what I bought - a second, at a premium price.Stay away from this place, and BigAls.

"IN STOCK" ORDER CANCELED NO NOTICE/REFUND

I spent HOURS putting together an order for everything I needed to set up a betta fish tank from scratch. Everything I ordered was listed as "IN STOCK." With no shipping notification and no email message regarding status of my order, I logged into my account to find out the ENTIRE ORDER WAS CANCELED with no reason. I tried to purchase elsewhere and noticed that PET OVERSTOCK and BIG AL'S are the same company. I'll avoid both of these vendors in the future. SAVE YOUR TIME, ORDER ELSEWHERE!After reading other reviews, I checked my credit card statement and noticed that there was no refund made so I also have to dispute this with my credit card.

Just like the others

Just like the others, ordered my bird light on Tuesday morning, so after not hearing anything by Friday so I called, I was told that it would go out today, but no,not Friday not Saturday, Monday night I get an email say it will still be over a week . Never again

Worst Seller Ever ! Stay Away !

Please stay away from this Seller ! It’s 2019 already and I’m still seeing this guy is the Worst Seller ever ! waited for almost 2 weeks and my order still processing! Wth? And I want my refund of course!!!

Has been 3 business days and I have yet to receive an email not just for tracking information, but for order confirmation as well. I called and was assured that it would be updated by the end of the day, no surprise that it wasn't. Do yourself a favor and never order from this bogus company it seems more like a scam. I intend to dispute the charges and get my money back.

had a good customer service experience

I decided to get a few products from pet overstock because they had the cheapest prices for the items I needed compared to several other pet supply companies. One of the things I bought was a light combo pack and one of the bulbs had an issue. I emailed the company and they got back to me within a few days and sent me a new bulb, which arrived about 5 days later. Had a great experience with them and will order from them again.

CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE

I made a purchase for items for my parrot and one of those things being a bulb which is the true purpose for the purchase anyway. Well a week goes by and no order so I call and I was told, "it is being held by the fraud catcher dept" well isn't that all damn fine!!! This is due to the fact that my ship to was to my job since these MORONS don't deliver a small package to the post office where my PO box is for my mail. Instead of calling me to say something I was told "you should have checked the order online" REALLY moron!!!! Who wants to be that connected to do every little stupid thing online...not me! And besides isn't that what customer service people are for and aren't you getting paid to do that job no matter how crappy you do it???????NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN EVEN IF THEY GAVE IT TO ME FOR FREE. THIS LONG TIME CUSTOMER IS GONE...

Buyer beware....

I bought a redsea lid cover for my reef tank on the 18th of February and has been waiting to picked up by UPS since the 21st...I have called them 4 times and emailed them four times....no response from the emails...I originally spoke with Tommy and he said he would call the warehouse to find out why this has not shipped and send me an email to give me an up date...no email...I then called and talked to Mathew...he said Tommy was not working and does not have access to his emails but will leave a message and have him email me...no email...I called again and Mathew answers and Tommy is at lunch but will have him email me the status...no email...I also called the first time when I received an advertisement email from them but the number is Big Al's online..they are the ones who own this site...I requested a refund but again no response..I filed a complaint with the BBB and also contacted my bank to have them reverse the charges.....
