UNETHICAL Breeding Practices - STAY AWAY

I deeply regret choosing to work with PetPay and Pawrade due to their failure to uphold basic ethical standards and accountability in their practices. My puppy was diagnosed with a hereditary condition that could have been entirely preventable with proper breeder screening. Despite the seriousness of the issue, both companies have refused to take responsibility, hiding behind the terms of a document rather than addressing the ethical concerns or taking meaningful action. The condition my dog was diagnosed with has significant long-term health and financial implications, yet they dismissed it because the diagnosis occurred after the limited timeframe outlined in their health guarantee. This type of contractual loophole not only protects them from accountability but also disregards the well-being of the animals and the trust of their customers. What’s most troubling is that their reliance on this contract seems to excuse their unethical practices, including working with breeders who fail to prevent hereditary defects in their litters. By supporting such breeders, they perpetuate harmful and irresponsible breeding practices that ultimately harm both the dogs and the families who welcome them into their homes.I trusted these companies to provide a healthy, ethically bred pet, and they have not lived up to that promise. Potential customers should be aware that these companies prioritize legal protections for themselves over ethical practices and customer trust. If you value transparency, animal welfare, and accountability, I strongly urge you to reconsider choosing PetPay or Pawrade.

This company sells pets with birth…

This company sells pets with birth defects. We purchased a Pom Pom. Within the first week the vet indicated the puppy had a birth defect / hernia that needed surgery. Petpay said get the procedure completed and we will refund it after you process the paperwork. We received an email today that they will refund $200.00 on a $4,000 + procedure. My mother lost her husband just a few months ago and a home in hurricane Ian and they new this. This is how they treat customers. Stay away at all cost these people are a fraud. If you have a problem it would be best to dispute your card immediately. They will tell you that this will void the warranty that they won’t stand behind. Run from this establishment.

Beware of Petpay and Pawrade, is Scam

The reality is, Pet Pay company engages in racketeering and fraudulent pet sales hiding behind a payment service.Admittedly I did initiate a purchase for a dog online. I gave my credit card information.  However,  as soon as Pet Pay charged the card, The bank sent me a Fraud Alert text.  On this Alert I decided to further review Pet Pays record online and found numerousComplaints from clients with horrible experiences with Pet pay.  Complaints where mostly about receiving pets that were totally Different than what was purchased or pets that were delivered sickly or infested or dead.  This led to our decision to abort the transaction. At his juncture we were within the 10-15 minutes of the credit card charge and nothing had taken place. no pet was sent nothing was exchanged.Any rightful and legitimate organization must have fair cancellation practice.  But with all of this, Pet Pay follows the jungle rule and an lawfully insists on charging my card for the full price of the pet at $3494.64To this date there has not been a completed transaction.  We have not received a pet dead or alive, but Pet pay has fully charged the account.   I maintain, Pet pay is nothing but a crook organization that is engaging in racketeering by way of taking advantage of unsuspecting individuals trying to purchase a pet.  Let this be a clear warning to all, Pet pay is a fraud.  To cancel a sale within 10-15 minute is a customer’s right and should not result in unlawfully charging once credit card wit not pet exchanged. Termeh Khiaban

Puppy experience w PetPay

I decided to purchase a puppy for my son and we wanted to go through a reputable company and used Pawrade and PetPay. From end to end, we had an amazing well laid out experience. The ambassador was responsive to our questions along the way. I highly recommend both companies. We are thrilled with our newest family addition!
