The collar is an intelligent, sleek device, yet it falls short in a crucial aspect: it cannot consistently track your cat's location in real time. The information on the website can be somewhat misleading, stating “GPS + Radio, finds cats anywhere.” The system consists of the collar and a HomeStation. To view your cat’s location, the collar must be within approximately 50 meters of the HomeStation. Beyond this range, the collar merely records GPS locations and uploads them only when it reconnects to the HomeStation. If your cat wanders off or is lost further away, you won’t have the option to click “find my cat” and access their live location. On the upside, the initial setup was straightforward, and the support team was very helpful. I requested a refund as I require live tracking, which this device does not provide.
