Really not timely to be asked to review my experience prior to receiving my glasses & trying them out. A little frustrating to receive the email that they'd been shipped only to click the tracking link to find that a shipping label was created but they hadn't actually shipped. I encounter the same bogus situation with eBay...

Took a couple of tries to get it right

The service was nice but it took me a couple of tries to get it right. I would have like something to tell me what was going to happen. Like hi this Kisok will allow you to order prescription and non-prescription glasses. You will be required to scan your prescription by placing them in the area above. Once scan you will need to do xyz. I had to cancel my order because I didn't realize I need to scan my prescription 1st. Now I know that it will be easy to order another pair.
