Bought the cube in 2016 and love it. Due to age, the mattress pad gave out and a new one was needed. Customer Support at Sleepme guided me to the right pad and within days, we were up and running! Thank you Sleepme!
As someone who tends to sleep very hot and would wake up drenched in sweat, I can confidently say that ever since I started using this cooling system along with the newer model, my nights have completely transformed. I no longer sweat at night, which is incredible, and my bedding has a much longer lifespan as a result. While the previous model was effective, the latest version is significantly more efficient. I appreciate the ability to set a temperature schedule throughout the night. I enjoy getting into a warm bed during the winter, but it's fantastic that it cools down once I'm asleep.
Having used the Ooler since 2020, I found it to be quite good for cool sleeping, even though it never reached 55 degrees. After five years, it started showing signs of wear, including some mold, and struggled to cool down to 65 degrees on boost. Upon discovering that it had been discontinued, I was initially disappointed. However, I decided to invest in the new model, opting for the California twin to cover more of my bed. The Chilipad arrived within a week and was simple to set up. I appreciate the washable pad, which is a significant improvement over the Ooler's design. Once it was ready, I managed to get the temperature down to 53 degrees in under an hour! I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase. While I liked the Ooler, this new model is clearly a step up.

I should totally be a sales ambassador for you! This has been life changing for me as a 50 year old woman going through hormone hell. We’ve had our dual docks for about 2 years and my sleep has improved dramatically. My husband and I love it. He sets his temp, I set mine. We have the biometric sensors so it auto adjusts throughout the night to keep us asleep and no more night sweats! We now get anxious when we are traveling because we know without our Chilipad, we are not going to sleep as well. PLEASE make a portable version!! I tell everyone I know to get one-they’re worth every penny a thousand times over.
