Horrible company, I ordered water filter and it arrived in the box covered inside all over with the mold, smells very bad. I’m allergic to the mold ! I’ve been trying to return and get refund from them, they not answering phone calls or emails. Horrible costumer service, it makes me believe that the quality of the product is poor. Will not advise to get involved with this company!
Terrrible customer service … paid for a full tank but only recieved 2 out of 4 filters. The filter leaked so I returned it and they demanded I return filter and tap! I returned the tap in a ziplock bag! And as pictured the filters were still in the tank!! Anyways after coming back and forth I said just give partial refund for the parts you supposedly didn’t get back!!! It got very stressful and I’m still waiting for the refund. Look for a diffferent charcoal filter!! These guys are difficult to deal with.. the tank had a clear dint.. I have to admit the water was well filtered!
Purest WaterI've found that the water from the filter is producing the cleanest/purest water I've ever taken a drink of. I also feel that it's more hydrating, though I'm not sure that's a thing. In any case. I love it and highly recommend investing in the gravity filter. It's also very simple to put together and arrived quickly.Not sure if it's possible, but a travel-size filter would also be ideal, for vacationing.Thanks, Phoenix!
