The customer service with Phoenix has been so amazing and really helpful. The water filter is a beautiful looking thing and the wooden stand looks so amazing as well. Really happy and would absolutely recommend. I looked at a few other water filters and I'm so glad I went for the Phoenix one.
This is absolutely fantastic this filtration system! Water tastes brilliant even my dog who hated even Phox and Britvic filtered water- loves this! It is terrific that so many contaminants too and viruses and bacteria are filtered as well. What is also a real bonus too is the fact that all important minerals for the body are not removed. It is a lovely looking addition to our kitchen and filters last for a year! 😊 Great for health- a great investment!
This water filter is brilliant, stylish and i love it.Its abit tricky forcing water through the filters initially...can be a bit messy!One thing i would love to see, would be a water level gauge on the filter, as its not easy to tell how much is in there and when you add more.I would defineatley reccommend this product as a filter system, above others i have tried.
A truly excellent water filter made with high grade stainless steel, so welcome after years of plastic filters! My water source is from a gravity well and after UV screening to now filter water via the Phoenix makes for a very pure source of quality drinking water.
Very pleased with my filter. I could smell the difference between Phoenix water and tap the minute I filtered some. Initially there was a couple of washers missing but the company got straight onto it and I was sent another tap too!! I am sure this is a very isolated incident. Any questions you have are dealt with in great detail and understanding. A company with traditional customer service ethics which I'm afraid are now seen as time consuming or pointless with most industries.
Certainly not very robust. Parts included differed from the scant instructions. Took over an hour to fix cartridges and not sure how correct they were. Had to phone for help with tap. Again different fittings seemed incompatible with what I’d expect tap washers to be . Tap leaks constantly so unusable. It’s also very heavy so doubt I’d cope with replacing parts etc. very disappointed and wasted £280. Doubt I’ll get refund but have asked. I will update if I do get refund. Won’t recommend.
