Ive owned a phoenix gravity water filter for 4 months, time came to make an order for fluoride filtering replacements, firstly the marketing strategy is misleading, essentially they say the more you buy in bulk the cheaper you’ll get it. Across the website is a rolling advertisement banner that says free shipping £99 I ordered the largest package of filter so that I’d get it cheaper because they’re quite pricey. Advertised at £99 for 12 months supply, I purchased that and expected free delivery, the charge taken was £105 (£99 for the product and £6 for shipping) When I questioned it I was told that it is for orders over £99…..,fair enough, I feel it’s misleading but it’s there so can’t blame them, however the response I received was for another complaint for another customer but sent to me, the administrative qualities are poor, even when I received my actual response it’s barely had any response to the actual complaint. The £6 is for a 48hr delivery as it’s clearly important to remove the fluoride from your water as the whole point of having one or a big part so you’d expect that you paid for this service it would arrive within 48 hours or 72 at worst, I still have no delivery despite the charge, the expense of these in the first place is high you’d expect customer delivery to be bang on. That was 15th Sep and it’s now 21st upon leaving this review. Poor service, misleading advertising, no loyalty to customers investing in their products which is crazy considering the high amounts of competition on these products, Doulton should’ve been my go to but hey you live and learn.
A friend of mine had recently bought a Phoenix Water Filter after looking into the research and quality of the system and had recommended it to me. I wasn’t sure what to order so I rang customer services and they were most helpful and knowledgeable in explaining their product. I received my water filter quickly and it was packaged well. It was easy to put together, but most of all the taste is perfect! Very pleased with it and it’s portable.
We got a Phoenix Gravity filter for our camper van and we’re super pleased with it!Water tastes great - as expected - and we really like the way it looks too. Also happy to support a product made here in the UK. We would highly recommend this product!
If I could give this company no stars, I would. I’ve had problems from the beginning, which started with actually receiving the items I ordered and paid for.Also getting a response from the company is ridiculously hard work, leading to me having to send countless emails for the agents to then fall short of their promises.I was so unhappy with the item I received that I returned it and to this day I’m still waiting for a response about my refund. To give a time scale I placed the order on the 02/06/25.
Have ordered a 8 litre Phoenix Gravity water filter togheter with a smart carbon and fluoride filter system and a vision tap .The fluoride filters I have received were open and you clearly see that they weren’t new.The vision tap was also not indicating the correct water level .Have sent several email to the customer support team with pictures clearly showing the products issues.I was then receiving feedback from the customer support team that they acknowledged the issue and will send me a replacement for the components.Later they will call me to ask for detailed explanations on the issues I found.Have lost a lot of time via emails and phone calls just to still not have the vision tape replaced and just to have the fluoride filters replaced by another set of filters which where even in a worse condition than the original ones they sent.I would highlight a big concern on the quality of the parts .
