This service is not worth it; you pay and can't even download the picture. Additionally, the service for renewal does not allow code entry. To avoid frustration, it's best to steer clear of this option!

Utterly frustrating device

An utterly frustrating device. This annoying contraption is not suitable for its intended purpose. It never accepts any photo as valid, leaving you to either gamble with it or use an app or visit a studio.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. They charge excessively for basic photos and misleadingly label them as 'digital photos' that can be downloaded, yet fail to mention that downloading is not possible. The digital code only functions on government websites, which is very misleading. Avoid this service.

They promise a VAT receipt via email but fail to send one. The customer service is poor, and their attitude is unprofessional.

No digital copy provided - Total scam

They do not provide a digital copy of your photo. I reached out via email, and they claimed they don’t have access to them, which is clearly false since they supply them to the government passport service. It's a total scam.

Difficult to operate

The machine is difficult to operate. It repeatedly rejected my card and ultimately charged me more than expected. The entire process took about 15 to 20 minutes.
