Bought a watch for Christmas, returned for repair as it was broken. Customer service took weeks to get the watch back and now it's broken again. Customer service is not giving a refund due to being outside of their refund window when the watch has been with them for weeks or we've been waiting for customer service to respond. Totally unacceptable to not refund because of their customer service delays, do not buy from them as it looks like we've wasted a lot of money and total ruined the whole experience
Beautiful item.Then it broke. The returns process is still ongoing from 10th December. Two very slow support tickets later and I'm left with lots of spare parts that have been sent to me, a few tiny tools, but absolutely no way of fixing the bandlet. You need proper tools to fix it, the pins they sent are so tiny and dont fit into the bandlet properly. Now I'm told I have to send the bandlet back. I dont have a printer to do the label. It will take yet more weeks if not longer....The after sales support is terrible. The bandlet was a present but im so bored of the slow pace of fix its nearly time to throw it in the bin .Terrible after care.

Nowadays, with so many scams online, I always make sure to do my research before ordering from a webshop. I chose to order here because of the positive reviews, which is why this experience has been very disappointing for me.I paid extra for priority shipping, which was advertised as 2–3 days delivery. I am now waiting for almost two weeks without clear updates or a concrete solution. I understand that shipping issues can happen, but it is not the customer’s responsibility to contact UPS or try to fix delivery problems themselves…that should be handled between the sender and the carrier.I have been in contact with Melanie and asked for clarity and a concrete solution, but despite paying €5 extra for priority delivery, I have not received any real proposal or proactive resolution from their side.During communication, I was first asked if my name was correctly written on my doorbell, which made it feel like the issue was being placed on me. Later, I was told that it was UPS’s fault and not theirs. Honestly, whose fault it is does not matter to me, the result is still the same: I do not have my watch.Right now, I would NOT recommend ordering at this moment. You risk losing a lot of money while the company focuses on pointing fingers instead of offering a concrete solution… it may be better to order elsewhere.I will gladly update and adjust this review once I finally receive my watch and this issue is properly resolved.
Ordered a watch for Christmas. Watch arrived and continually kept stopping. After having to fill out loads of paperwork, the watch was returned. Watch eventually arrived back to me only to find that the watch is now continually loosing time. This has taken two months to get to this point and now I'll have to return the watch again. I'm now only interested in a refund. Absolute joke, clearly they can't make watches that work.
Do no buy from this company, promised before valentines delivery didn't arrive then told by the unhelpful chat bot that I have to wait until 17th to take further action. 2 claims have now been raised with customer service but they can take 6 working days to come back to you. There is no telephone number that I could find. If I don't hear back from someone today I will get a refund from my credit card.
Tigers eye necklace, it was lovely until 6 weeks after wearing it, it broke while out with beads everywhere and we were shocked to see that one strand of cotton held this £100 necklace together. It was frayed in about 4 parts and could have snapped easily. The cotton snapped with no pressure at all. You couldn’t see how poor the quality was until the beads fell away. I’ve reported to customer service but am yet to even get an acknowledgment.
