I have payed for a drone through the…

I have payed for a drone through the photo4less site with Apple pay and had no proof of purchase return email or delivery of product.I have emailed the company 3 times to explaining my situation and just get into long email chains which end with we cannot help and rate my experience.All I want is my drone or money back the site looks legitimate but I feel it has been corrupted as nobody can see any evidence of my the transaction. I have a screen shot of the payment, the money has left my account but no email showing my order number. Very disappointed and frustrated.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE. I ordered a DJI Mini 2 for a Christmas present. I received an email confirmation but then did not receive any confirmation on dispatch info. The website shows all these great reviews quick delivery that is not true. I have contacted them 3 times and got an automated message saying we will contact you within 24 hours. That never happens. I tried calling the number provided on the website for it to go to a voicemail. Left a message and no call back. So they have my money and i have no drone. Absolute con!
