Extremely disappointing experience!!
The photo was fine initially, but I accepted a suggestion for human correction. Unfortunately, after the correction, the image ended up looking cartoonish! I'm truly let down!!! I don't know how to contact them for a resolution!
I paid for passport photos, but they couldn't be printed because the image was too close. I ended up having to get them done elsewhere and was denied a refund. The customer service was very rude and unhelpful. I've never encountered such poor service from a business before.
Exercise caution - unauthorized subscription fees were charged! Sadly, I only realized it two months later, and they agreed to refund just one month. As a result, I lost 50 euros to this platform. Additionally, the quality of the photos is terrible. Completely avoidable! The response from the support team is astonishing... Should I provide my bank statement next time?
