Review Time
I have been using Photobookshop for over 10 years and have ordered 3–5 photo books per year during that time.
My most recent order was time-sensitive as my father was in palliative care. The website states a 2–7 working day production timeframe. After 7 working days had passed with no shipping confirmation, I contacted customer service. The book was shipped two additional business days later.
I understand delays can happen, however there was no proactive communication, apology, or acknowledgment that the stated timeframe had not been met.
Given the circumstances and the lack of customer care, this experience was very disappointing and I will be exploring alternative providers going forward.
This company has some gone DRAMATICALLY DOWNHILL they used to be good I suspect they have been bought out. I had a canvas ordered on the 8th of December 2025 I STILL have not received it. I have had several dealings with the AI assistant and then transferred to a "human" assistant Andrea of which all "human" assistants are called. I have been given platitudes and frankly lies telling me it has been processed and is awaiting postage which has now been the case apparently for 4 weeks. I have now spoken to 2 agents who I now have been advised that is now a priority but I do not believe a word they say. The call centre is in another country the phone number you call is in another country and they once I asked do not have any access to the actual company. I will never deal with them again. I just want honest answers not get me off the phone answers and lies.
Why make memories and risk losing them! I have been creating books with PhotobookShop for years of all our holidays to leave to the grandchildren. The website is so easy to use and offers so many options at reasonable prices. AND if you do have any issues there is a real person on the phone only too willing to help. Love you PhotobookShop 😍
Shocking customer service. My project was deleted- even after I followed their email instructions to confirm I was still working on the project. I've had back and forth emails for weeks now to follow up and after no luck was told to email another department- who for 2 weeks have never responded. Super disappointing. From reading other reviews it seems their software is not reliable so I will be taking my business elsewhere and highly recommend this for anyone looking for a reliable service.
We're delighted with every book we have bought from PhotobookShop. The books are easy to complete and if you pre-purchase vouchers from them it's also very affordable. The quality of the many books we have had printed by PhotobookShop remains consistently high. These books are a wonderful way to preserve happy times with friend and family.
