Phs company has a really poor management our sanitary bins and clinical 240L bin doesn’t get emptied it will take PHS 2 months to do their job while charging us for a weekly service. Our sanitary bins they were left for over 3 months maggots started coming from them. I have requested all our contracts to be reviewed as I have no faith with this company
We have been using the phs group for many years and it was time we updated our services. from the off Callum Hughes was very helpful and very quick to understand our new needs. Unfortunately, I was then off work for 10 weeks due to injury. but when I returned Callum was very quickly able to get the ball rolling. Very grateful for his patience.
